Every 3rd Saturday NJICM has two teams out in the community for outreach activities. We were blessed with great weather on this Saturday and GOD was gracious to us and those we served!
Blackwell Outreach
"People were in line as early as 10:15 am even though we don't start until 11:00 am. We opened with prayer and allowed the community to pick up free household items and other things like lotion, shampoo and conditioner. We even had a few surprises such as books and home decor items. Everyone was grateful! We served about 85 people and they were also blessed with cookout food ( hamburgers, fried fish, pork- n- beans, string beans and water) from the Men's Club." Monroe Park Outreach
"Praise GOD for a Wonderful time at Monroe Park outreach today. Many were blessed physically & spiritually. We served roughly 75 people spaghetti, stringbeans, water, cake, toiletries, and gave out "our daily bread books". Elder Lacountess ministered. Then we did the drawings for 6 $5 Dollar Tree gift cards." Elder Katrina Fonville
